Six months isnt that long if you are putting together a custom turbo setup that is expected to remain functional in competition.

Just buy a 5.3 and swap everything over from the existing setup. Then go buy and accumsump and overfill the motor a quart or so when its drifto time.

Why not just find a 5.3 to replace the LS1? I cant help but think its your fault and not the motors if you have been through 4 in a single season.

Please just paint the cage black or some other normal color. The black light splatter paint is so gay.

Again, please scan for fault codes and report back.

You need to get your hands on an OBDII diagnostic tool/scanner and check for fault codes. Being able to monitor live sensor readings will also help figure out the problem.
