Nice work, but it looks like countless other single setups I have seen on the LS motors.

It really is not a challenge to fit with a tucked radiator and no A/C on an S14.

I drove mine around for a good 4 months before doing the same thing. My glovebox ended up getting cut just like yours but I was able to keep the duct.

Just buy a 5.3 and swap everything over from the existing setup. Then go buy and accumsump and overfill the motor a quart or so when its drifto time.

You really dont need a turbo if you cant manag ...

Why not just find a 5.3 to replace the LS1? I cant help but think its your fault and not the motors if you have been through 4 in a single season.

You need to get your hands on an OBDII diagnostic tool/scanner and check for fault codes. Being able to monitor live sensor readings will also help figure out the problem.
