Decided to finally start a build thread.
This is my 1995 240sx Kouki

Giving it the old test fit to make sure everything was good before i welded the support in.

The mounts im using.
Im also using an Improved Racing oil pan Baffle, i have a video i made of it showing the oil control with it vs the stock gto oil pan. It looks like it will help out a tone as i am going to drift the car occasionally

Got a new camcorder, went out for a little drive. BAM hood in my face.
It really sucks, but at least it only broke the bottom, the top looks the same.
Ill prolly end up just giving the bottom the old fiberglass treatment.
Progress is slow. Been working on other stuff and went camping. And watching all the turbo 5.3 videos make me not want to do exhaust, and just go turbo RIGHT NOW.

I'd fix a few more things up on that before taking it for another spin brother. Be careful out there.

where did you get the mount kit?

c6 corvette headers, which the mounts are directly in the way of using them.

These are the mounts i used.

I think im going to try truck manifolds or cut and weld some rusty hooker headers i have. But i feel like that will be pointless because i really just want to turbo it.

Hey there bro. Why not take a look at what Hooker has to offer in the way of 240sx LS mounts and headers? Theyre a great looking cost effective way to get a set of mounts and headers specifically designed for your application without any need for cutting, grinding, or welding (unless you're using a GTO pan).
